Your Shape Fitness Evolved 2013.

There are a lot of people who think that playing video games is a waste of time. Not only that, but that you get fat playing them and are basically pathetic for sitting on a couch all day with the console. If you aren’t balanced that could very well be true; if you just eat junk food and only play games sure, that argument holds weight. But by far most people who play games aren’t giant fatties who sit there all day, especially when you play some of the dancing or exercising video games. I bought one for my Wii U, called Your Shape Fitness Evolved 2013 and let me tell you, this game is the real deal when it comes to exercising. It’s not a gym replacement but it really does help with burning calories and giving you a Wii U fitnessworkout!

I hit the gym every night, excluding the times I’m sick, and this game can get me sweating just as much as a good workout. You have to play it for real; you can’t just swing the Wii remote around and not really do the work, otherwise you aren’t getting anything out of it. But if you play the game for real then I can promise you you’ll get a good workout out of it. It’s something that’s convenient for sure because you just need the Wii remote, the Wii U gamepad, and a bit of room in whatever room you’re in. You don’t need to dedicate a lot of space for playing the game, not at least based on the mini games I’ve played so far.

You can set up a workout program as well, setting it up for at least a month. I currently have a program set up for a month, three a week, and it has been working really well so far. You don’t have to do a program; you can simply pick what workout you want to focus on and go for it! Like I’ve said, this game can really work you out if you really do what the game tells you to. If you want to enjoy gaming and get in better shape than a game like this is the way to go!
