Kingdom Hearts Birth by Sleep progress.

I’ve been spending quite a bit of time playing Kingdom Hearts 2.5 HD Remix in the last few days, focusing in particular on Kingdom Hearts Birth by Sleep. I remember being mad about this game when I first found out about it coming to the PSP, only because I didn’t like that the story was going backwards. I felt like Square Enix should have focused on going to the next major Kingdom Hearts and not be spending time on prequels. I’ve since changed my mind and now I think that Birth by Sleep is one of the most important games in the series.

Xehanort and his ambitions are shown in full swing in this game and he’s important to the series so it’s cool to see how hiAqua, Terra, Vens origins play out, along with Terra, Aqua, and Ventus. So far in this new version I’ve gotten Aqua to the Keyblade Graveyard and I’ve been leveling up to make sure that I’m able to stand up to the challenges that are coming. I love this game and can’t wait to play it all through, especially since this is the Final Mix version, which means it has extras that never existed in the first version on PSP. My ultimate goal is to get all of the trophies in the game, which looks like it’ll be quite the challenge. But for now it’s all about getting through all of the stories! After Aqua I’m going to do Terra then Ven, then it’s on from there!

Tip: No matter which gameplay mode you’re in, be sure to stay leveled up on both yourself and your abilities. If an enemy or boss is too tough just take some time leveling up for a while before trying again. I found that running around the front of the Olympus Coliseum over and over was quite helpful, as well as circling the entire world of Neverland.
